Lexus Monogram Sales is Lexus' OEM‑provided digital retailing platform that allows customers to:

• Select a vehicle from real dealer inventory; this is tied to the DMS through CDK's Real Time Inventory tool
• Configure cash, finance or lease terms online, Value a trade‑in, Apply for credit with Toyota Financial Services
• Save the deal and continue in‑store without re‑starting

Monogram is designed as a seamless online‑to‑in‑store bridge, and not a stand-alone DMS. Dealers still transact and fund deals inside their CRM, DMS and the Digital Retail Suite, with our seamless integration into Modern Retail Desking.

Service

Lexus Monogram Service is Toyota Motor North America’s OEM‑branded digital Service experience designed to connect customers and dealerships through a transparent, mobile‑first and DMS‑integrated journey. Customers can schedule, approve and track vehicle service digitally, while dealerships can manage Service operations more efficiently through integrated workflows.

Inventory

Real Time Inventory (RTI)

CDK Real‑Time Inventory (RTI) is a live inventory synchronization tool that ensures a dealership’s vehicle availability, status and pricing are consistently updated across internal systems and external sales channels by using the CDK DMS as the single source of record. RTI automatically publishes near real‑time inventory changes — such as vehicle sales, transfers, status updates, pricing changes and VIN updates — so dealers can confidently present accurate inventory to customers, OEM programs, websites, digital retail tools, and third‑party marketplaces.
