What We Shared About Data and Intelligence at NADA 

Throughout NADA, many dealers stopped by to talk about the role data plays in their day-to-day work. They shared how important it is to have information they can trust and how much easier it feels when insights are clear and ready to use. Those conversations shaped the data and intelligence experiences we brought to the show. 

Our goal was to highlight tools that simplify access to information and help teams understand what’s happening in their business. We introduced updates that make it easier to surface insights, spot trends and support faster, more confident decisions. 

Here’s a look at what we shared. 

AI That Works the Way Dealers Work 

Dealers are more familiar with artificial intelligence than ever. Many are already seeing the benefits, and many more are planning where to use it next. The questions they’re asking now are practical ones. How’s the AI built? What data is it trained on? How does it fit into the workflow? 

We spent time walking through how CDK uses its automotive data and industry experience to deliver AI that feels simple and dependable. Our teams are focused on bringing AI directly into the tools dealers already use, so there’s no new system to learn or extra step to take. It’s a natural part of the work they do every day. 

AIVA for Dealership Xperience Platform: A New Way To Get Answers From Your Data 

One of the most popular demos in our booth was AIVA for Dealership Xperience Platform. It gives dealers a conversational way to get information from their CDK systems. 

Dealers can ask a question and get an answer on the spot. They can see the insight visualized in a chart or graph, follow a link to explore more detail, or save a question they want to return to later. AIVA learns what each user cares about and recommends helpful next steps. 

New Enhancements Across the Intelligence Suite 

We shared several updates that help dealers get more clarity from their data. 

AI Projections for Customer Pay Repair Orders 
Dealers can now view projected customer pay revenue and RO count before the month ends. These projections help teams plan ahead, adjust when needed, and understand how performance is trending. 

Enhanced Financial Operating Reports 
New month-to-date and year-to-date views give leaders a simple way to compare stores side by side. Dealers can track pace, measure against goals, and export well-formatted reports that are ready to share. 

Last Refresh Information 
Every dashboard now shows when data was last updated and where it came from. It helps reduce guesswork and builds confidence in the numbers in front of the team. 

Customer Insights Dashboard 
Currently in beta, this dashboard gives dealers a full view of customer lifetime value across Sales, Service and Parts. It helps identify high-value and at-risk customers and supports more targeted marketing and retention efforts. 

Intelligence Suite Pro: More Flexibility for Dealers Who Want Deeper Analytics 

Many dealers told us they want more customization in how they view and blend their data. Intelligence Suite Pro is the answer. It builds on the foundation of the Intelligence Suite and adds new options for deeper analysis. 

With Intelligence Suite Pro dealers can: 

  • Bring in data from external sources. 
  • Create custom reports and calculations. 
  • Build dashboards that reflect their own structure and Key Performance Indicators. 
  • Access all underlying Intelligence Suite data. 
  • Use new benchmarking tools such as 20 Group Composites. 

CDK Intelligence Suite Pro gives dealers the freedom to create the insights that match their strategy. 

Data Your Way: Free Tools That Put Dealers in Control 

Data access continues to be a priority for dealers, and we’re committed to supporting it with secure, easy-to-use tools. 

Data Your Way gives dealers the ability to export and import data from their Dealer Management System. They can use a simple interface to request bulk data or rely on APIs when they need data on demand.  

We also shared new enhancements coming this year that improve scheduling, filtering and reconciliation and prepare the tools for the modernization of the Dealership Xperience Platform. 

CDP Insights  

The CDP Insights dashboard is part of CDK's expansive Customer Data Platform, or CDP, providing enterprise and dealer leadership with a powerful 360-degree view of their customers. Powered by our AI and unified data platform, the dashboard contains all Unique Customer Profiles, including historical transactions and a predictive lifetime value powered by CDK AI models.  

At an enterprise level and by store, move from a reactive response to proactively targeting customer segments with the most opportunity. Get actionable insights on retention and loyalty as well profitability opportunities from predictive lifetime value.
