Virtual Installation is a success!

A few weeks ago, we announced that our Customer Delivery team would be continuing to install and travel where able. The intent of the new Virtual Install model was to allow work to be done remotely to ensure the health and safety of yourself, your employees and our employees while helping you get operating and functioning quickly.

Since this announcement, we’ve completed several installs. These include a DMS, and layered applications like CDK Cloud Connect (an SD-WAN technology) and CDK Document Cloud. Comments about our new installation model have been extremely positive. More than one dealer has commented on how it’s just as good, if not better than if we were onsite. It’s real hands-on experience and this new model makes dealers feel even more prepared!

“I was hesitant about the virtual install, but this has been better than having CDK onsite. I feel that the trainer onsite is more of a crutch, and by having him remote I was able to depend on myself more and learn better. At no point did I feel alone. Jeffrey and Patrick were always available and responded promptly whenever I had any questions or concerns.”
