Automatic Login

Your user login is tracked and stored by Hailer on every ride. You’re logged in automatically with no additional username or password required.

Repair Order Integration

Your staff can schedule a ride as soon as they open a repair order through CDK Drive or CDK Service thanks to our integration. Ride charges are automatically captured to the order for easier warranty claims.

Integrated Billing

You don’t need to set up an account when using Hailer — you’re automatically billed monthly on your existing invoice. Itemized breakdowns of each ride are available for Dealer Administrators.

Custom Dealership Policies

Hailer is a customizable solution so you can choose ride fare and distance limits on every ride. The built-in policy enforcement options let you warn your Advisors or block out rides that exceed those limits.

Parts Delivery Rides

Request a parts pickup or delivery with on-demand functions. All Parts-related transactions can be tracked within the Hailer dashboard to provide department level insight. Custom delivery rules can also be created to keep the department within budget.
