Minority Dealer Women Retail

Kathy is an accomplished and respected professional with more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry as a business leader and champion of diversity at CDK Global, Inc. She is the Sr. Director of Minority Dealer and Women Retail business, where she has national responsibility for over 4,000+ customers generating over $255M in revenue. She is responsible for managing the relationship between CDK and our customers, with the goal to make our minority and women dealers as successful as possible in achieving their business objectives. She also has developed strong relationships with the associations, manufacturers and industry partners.

In her prior role as Director of Customer Success, Kathy built and led a team of Customer Success advocates aligned to every CDK customer and dedicated to delivering a great customer experience for all.

Kathy is a Founding Board member of the Women in Automotive organization, focused on accelerating the role of women in the automotive industry. She is a recognized speaker, mentor and an Automotive News Leading Women of Influence. Kathy has been actively involved in CDK’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for over 20 years.

Andy Warner has been an accomplished automotive professional with over 15 years’ experience—both in automotive retail and as an automotive retail strategic partner. Andy’s experience has consisted of roles with increasing responsibility in these spaces. Recently, Andy accepted the position of Sales Executive for Minority Dealers. Andy will work to increase CDK Global’s market share and revenue in the minority dealers’ segment while advocating for improved opportunities for minority dealerships. Andy looks forward to helping our customers grow their revenue and performance, improve CDK Global’s retention and strength with minority dealerships and advocate for more possibilities for minority dealerships.

Susan is an accomplished strategic business professional with over 25 Years in the Auto & Trucking Industry & has held roles within several Dealerships and DBS Platforms.

Recently, Susan accepted the position of OEM & Partners Development Executive for Minority & Women Retail Dealers.

She will work to create and implement business strategies with our OEM industry partners and CDK OEM Leaders and identify opportunities to expand the breadth of CDK Strategic applications and services into the existing and new minority and women retail markets.
