Want to access Service Connect? It’s easy. Here are the 3 ways you can gain access:

  • Access from CDK Drive DMS: You can register and enjoy instant access to Service Connect through the CDK Drive desktop.

  • Access with a web connection: You can register for and access Service Connect Anywhere through the Service Connect section of your Drive DMS desktop or through a simple web-based portal.
     For digital marketing support, Service Connect can be accessed through the Dealer Command Center.

  • Access with your mobile device: You can access Service Connect with the CDK Service Connect mobile app, available for free on the Apple and Android app stores.

1. Accessing Service Connect through Your DMS

Using Service Connect is the fastest way to get professional support. Forget sitting on the phone, remembering CMF numbers or dialing through prompts. Real, industry-leading help is just a few clicks away.

 

Step 1: From your CDK desktop, click the Service Connect icon.

Step 2: Click “Need Assistance.”

Step 3: Follow the prompts to tell us about your existing issue. You can Web chat with a CDK Support specialist immediately, or we’ll call you back.

2. Searching for Answers

You know the question. Do you wish you could just look up the answer? With Service Connect, now you can. A robust search function lets dealers search for answers quickly. Here’s how it works:

 

Step 1: From your CDK desktop, click the Service Connect icon.

Step 2: Enter your search topic in the Search Knowledge field and click the magnifying glass.

That’s it! From there, you’re free to search for the answers you need.

3. Contacting Your Client Account Manager

A Client Account Manager (CAM) will act as your advocate when support issues require additional priority, when you don’t know where to go with a specific inquiry, or when you need additional assistance around non-technical questions.

 

Step 1: From your CDK desktop, click the Service Connect icon.

Step 2: Click Client Account Manager.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to tell us about your existing issue.

Note: The drop-down menu on the Select Case screen makes it easy for you to find the right case to reference.

Step 4: A case will automatically be opened and sent to a CAM, who will then reach out to help you. No waiting on the phone required.

4. Download the Service Connect mobile app.

You can now access all the time-saving features of Service Connect from your Android, iPhone, iPad or other Apple/iOS device, with features and navigation optimized for your mobile device. Download “CDK Service Connect” for free from the iTunes or Google Play store.

You can use this mobile app to:

  • Review cases: Review open cases for status updates
  • Open new cases: Create CDK Support cases
  • Search for knowledge: Access CDK’s improved Knowledge Search for helpful information and answers to your support questions
  • Receive CDK Alerts: Keep current on important information
  • Concierge: Submit requests directly to your CDK Client Account Manager (CAM)
  • Update settings: Keep your personal or dealership information current

5. Stay connected with Service Connect Anywhere.

Access Service Connect and get the answers you need from anywhere you have an internet connection.
