Websites: Service Appointment Form Enhancement

Scheduler now allows scheduling up to 180 days out

You requested it, and we listened. The Service Appointment form now allows customers to request service up to 180 days out (from current date).

This enhancement includes the following:

  • • The (customer-facing) drop-down calendar for appointment time now:
    • ○ Allows the customer to select from open days for the appropriate department within the date range you selected (as above)
    • ○ Allows customers to page through months only within the date range
    • ○ The calendar date will default to the preferred start date
  • • The calendar has been updated so it will only allow customer to select days within the range for which the appropriate department is open.
  • • Appointment settings:
    • • The Preferred number of calendar days displayed box is now a spin box so you can choose to show up to 180 days.
      • ■ The box allows for up/down control of the number of days
      • ■ The box also allows free-form text entry of the number of days
    • ○ The Preferred start date for appointments is also now a spin box that allows up to 30 days.
    • ○ An error message will display upon saving the setting if you try to save for a number of days outside of the allowance.
