Selling to Women: Managing Your Reputation
Having a good rep counts past what the popular kids thought of you in high school … it can make the difference between getting a sale or losing one. Review sites, websites and social media are the first places women go to when they’re looking for a car, and for the dealership they should buy from. Boost your rep with these easy tips:
- Ask for a review after a positive experience at your dealership.
- Make sure your digital presence is up to date and consistently managed (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Yelp).
- Update your website with helpful and compelling information while ensuring it’s easy to navigate.
- Get social! When you make a sale, take a picture of her with her new car and ask her to tag your dealership!
