To access Service Connect, simply start in the Dealer Command Center and follow the steps below. We already know who you are, what your web ID is, and what dealership you are from. Bingo, bango, bongo. Help is on the way. We'll even call you if you ask.

Let's get started!

Step 1: Log in to the Dealer Command Center.
Step 2: In the top right-hand corner, click the Service Connect icon.

Step 3: Click Need Assistance.

Step 4: Follow the steps to tell us about your issue.

  • When you're ready, simply click the button to submit your case.
  • There's no waiting on hold — you can just keep doing what you were doing and we'll get right on your case.
