On November 7, 2018, Brian Krzanich was named the CEO of CDK Global and a member of our Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CDK Global, Brian Krzanich served as chief executive officer (CEO) of Intel from May 2013 to June 2018. As CEO, he led Intel’s corporate strategy and operations, including development of Intel’s business model and identifying emerging technologies. While serving in this role, Mr. Krzanich was credited for diversifying the Company’s product offerings and workforce.
He joined Intel in 1982 as an engineer, became a corporate vice president in 2006, and served until 2010 as vice president and general manager of Assembly and Test. He was senior vice president and general manager of Manufacturing and Supply Chain from 2010 to 2012. He became executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2012, responsible for global manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and information technology.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from San Jose State University. Brian currently serves on the Boards of AMS AG and Footprint US. He previously served on the Boards of Deere & Company, Semiconductor Industry Association, as well as the Chair of the FAA Drone Advisory Committee, which advises the Federal Aviation Administration.
Brian, his wife Brandee, and two daughters reside in the Bay area.

Lee Brunz oversees legal and compliance matters, including corporate governance, corporate and commercial transactions, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance, and privacy.
Prior to CDK, Lee served as vice president & counsel for ADP, supporting the Dealer Services business. Previously, he served as vice president, Finance & general counsel for Cobalt Holding Company until its acquisition by ADP in 2010. Lee holds a LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English from Whitman College.

Amy Byrne oversees all aspects of human resources management and employee communications for CDK Global’s more than 8,000 employees.
Amy and her leadership team drive a values-based culture that is focused on learning, connectedness, diversity and inclusion, and rewards. Prior to joining CDK, Amy was with Avon Products, Inc. where she led the human resources organization for the Latin America and Global Brand Marketing businesses, supporting a region of $4.5 billion in revenues and over 17,000 employees across 12 countries. Prior to Avon, Amy held increasing HR roles across U.S. Foodservice, Inc., The Boeing Company, William M. Mercer, Inc., and Hay Management Consultants. Amy started her career as a pension analyst for Hewitt. Amy holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She speaks Spanish and enjoys running, tennis, international travel and the Chicago Cubs.

Eric Guerin oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, and our internal audit and tax functions.
Eric has robust financial knowledge in governing high-volume global corporate accounting and reporting functions. Prior to CDK, Eric served as division vice president and sector CFO of Corning Glass Technologies, where he provided financial leadership, managed activities of a $5 billion revenue segment and led a global team of 175 employees.
He also previously served as vice president Finance and CFO-Aftermarket Services and Solutions at Flowserve, where he directed financial operations for the global $1.5 billion services and solutions division and the $2 billion aftermarket business. Throughout his career, he held positions at Novartis AG, Johnson & Johnson Corporation and AstraZeneca.
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Staten Island and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Eric also serves on the Natus Medical Incorporated Board of Directors.

Mahesh Shah is responsible for driving product innovation, research and development, building and testing, as well as outlining a roadmap for existing and future portfolios in partnership with the business.
Prior to CDK Global, Mahesh was the general manager and vice president, Acquisition and Divestiture, IT Consulting Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). In this role, he established a new business to deliver consulting and technology services to assist clients in executing the IT aspects of an acquisition or divestiture. Mahesh held various roles throughout his 16-year tenure at HPE including chief information officer, Enterprise Services and Software; IT separation leader; vice president, Product R&D and IT; executive director, Security Product Management and Development; and several other executive roles in IT automation and cloud engineering.
Early in his career, Mahesh was also a senior consultant for IBM Global Services, where he managed large-scale technology projects for many Fortune 100 companies. He serves on the board of advisors for several technology startups.
Mahesh earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in management information systems from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and his Masters of Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

As COO, Joe Tautges oversees the Sales & Operations organization for CDK Global, which includes customer care, customer delivery, DMS, Elead CRM, layered apps, marketing, and sales.
Before taking on the COO role, Joe served as the CFO for CDK when he joined the company in 2017. Before joining CDK, Joe served as CFO of the $18 billion Enterprise Services segment of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE:HPE). Joe has also held various levels of increasing responsibility in operations and financial management with Sears Holdings and Aon Hewitt. Before Aon Hewitt, Joe worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. Joe earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
