CDK Global has partnered with the Jim Ellis Automotive Group for nearly a decade. Recently, Jim Ellis added Toyota of McDonough to their family of dealerships and converted from another vendor to CDK Service. After switching to CDK Service, customer pay hours per RO increased by 26%.
