How did your career at CDK Global start?
I was hired as a Business Solutions Consultant in late 2014. As a “green pea,” l learned the Fixed Operations workflow and applications. I was a BSC II and traveled as an installer for just under three years, training the entire Fixed Operations workflow. I really enjoyed my time as a BSC and have made lifelong connections because of my experiences!

What’s your career like now?
In October 2016, I transitioned to a Client Success Advocate II role. I was recently promoted to a Client Success Advocate III in a four-month span, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m dedicated to working with our Sales/Sales Enablement Team in the Central Region and all over North America to promote the partnership between CDK and our dealers. I’m a true fan of OneCDK and I wouldn’t be successful in my current role without my Implementation experience and the drive from my peers. They make me want to be better for our dealers every day!

1) What’s the best part of your day?
Watching the lightbulb “turn on” with a customer. When they fully understand our workflows and exceed their goals, they get excited and feel confident, which is a great feeling.

2) Do you have a hobby? If so, what is it?
I enjoy being outside! Even with Illinois weather, I love to bike, walk my dog, and kayak. The picture is me relaxing before biking 18 miles!

3) What’s your favorite thing about working at CDK Global?
I truly feel that within my team and cross-departments, it’s a community of employees who want to see each other be successful. I love that.

4) What’s on the top of your bucket list?
CDK has allowed me to knock most things off my bucket list, thanks to traveling for Implementation! My plan one day is to visit Germany during Oktoberfest.
