Tony Graham

Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer

Tony Graham is responsible for strengthening the connection between CDK Global and our customers. He acts as the voice of the customer for dealers by deeply understanding their needs and driving that focus into all aspects of CDK’s business. In addition to this role, he also serves as vice president, regional general manager for the Central Region, Minority Dealer Business and Women Retail Business.

Tony has gained a vast knowledge of end-to-end automotive commerce through the variety of positions he’s held within CDK. Those roles span across the areas of product marketing, sales, business development and field operations. He is actively involved in the CDK Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and was a key driver in the creation of the Minority Dealer Business. Tony is also the co-chair for the CDK Corporate Responsibility Council.

Tony holds a MBA from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Alabama State University. He is a member of the Trustee Board for the Christian Tabernacle Church and Alabama State University's Dean’s Advisory Board.
