Use Service Connect Mobile to:

Download Service Connect for Mobile in 3 Easy Steps:
From the Service Connect desktop click the gear symbol at the bottom of the pane to open the My Settings tab.
Click the Mobile Registration button on the right side of the page
Enter a 4-8 digit PIN of your choice in the Mobile PIN field, and click Save.
3. Go Mobile! Enter your System ID, user name and PIN on the sign-in screen of the mobile application.
