But don't worry, there's something better ... CDK University
Here's how to get started with CDK U.
Simply go to cdkuniversity.com, click New User Registration and follow the prompts.
If your employees are currently using CDK Learning Connect and would like to join CDK University, follow these simple steps:
- Complete this Dealership Employee List*, entering the names of all employees that need to be registered for CDK U — making sure to list the manager for each employee as well. This will ensure that your managers have visibility into their team's training activities. Attach this document to your email.
* Before completing the Dealership Employee List, please note that each employee must have a unique dealership email address. Their email address will server as their User ID and will be used to communicate with them on the progress of their learning. If your employees do not have unique email addresses, please provide them BEFORE completing and submitting this list.
- Attach the completed list to an email and submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line CDK U Dealership Setup. Include your name, dealership name and email address.
- A CDK Learning Coordinator will then follow up with you to finalize your request. Once your request is finalized we will register all your users. They will receive a welcome email from CDK U and will be requested to reset their password — then it's time to start learning!
