CDK Global Announces New Services Center Coming to Greater Cincinnati

New location to provide best-in-class customer service to dealer clients


HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., – September 28, 2015 – Today, CDK Global unveiled plans for a new Services Center of Excellence in the Greater Cincinnati area. The new facility will employ approximately 1,000 people who will primarily focus on providing the highest quality service to its clients, as well as house other CDK internal shared service operations.

CDK’s new support model demonstrates progress and advancement in client services for the automotive retail industry. The state of the art facility in Ohio will bring CDK’s client service functions together to promote collaboration and address client issues quickly and efficiently.

The new model of service will focus on the following:

  • Providing the fastest, most effective response possible to dealer questions and critical issues by directing them to the right resource and expertise.
  • Giving dealers the choice on how they want to interact with CDK. Dealers now have the option to chat with a client services representative over the phone or online.
  • Easy access to information through new search functions, how-to videos discussing commonly asked questions, and the ability for dealers to collaborate directly with thousands of their peers in the new Service Connect Community.
